- Liaising with production and packing departments to coordinate despatch times
- Planning delivery schedules in an efficient manner
- Contacting customers via phone and email to arrange deliveries across the UK and Europe
- prepare documentation for despatch of items for export as well as UK-based, such as CMRs, Packing lists, and invoicing
- Working with export hauliers and overseas customers
- Production of delivery notes, delivery schedules,s and associated paperwork
- Arranging vehicles and keeping in contact with drivers
- Dealing with any problems which arise relating to the delivery of goods.
- Must have experience of producing export documentation
- Experience of arranging transport with 3rd party hauliers
- Strong customer service skills/experience
- Someone who can multitask and work to deadlines
- Good MS office skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
