My client is a UK-based fibre optic internet service provider dedicated to delivering the best digital connectivity to communities across the UK.

They are looking for a Fibre Broadband Advisor to join their Desk-Based Sales team and help them achieve their ambitious customer acquisition targets. This role is a desk-based role, involving outbound calling (tele sales) and engaging with prospective customers to subscribe to their full fibre broadband network.

Key Responsibilities: Fibre Broadband Advisor

• Engage in outbound cold-calling (tele sales) with prospective customers.
• Convince prospective customers to join our growing customer base.
• Maintain professionalism, confidence, and flexibility.
• Help customers find better broadband solutions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone and email.

Skills & Experience: Fibre Broadband Advisor

• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Previous experience in outbound sales/tele sales/lead generation/call centre is a must.
• Able to prospect using various mediums (events, phone calls etc).
• Patience and composure with challenging customers
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous
