Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

- What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
