Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
