Senior M&A Manager

A rapidly growing PE-backed business are looking for a fully remote Senior M&A Manager to lead on all end-end acquisition activity. The role is perfect for someone with experience within a global fast-moving business, or working within corporate finance/transaction services.

The Role:

  • Oversee Financial Due Diligence
  • Act as financial gatekeeper, maintaining discipline within the acquisitions team.

  • Review TDD to identify and escalate tax risks; ensure legal and tax issues are addressed pre-acquisition.

  • Work with legal teams to assess and mitigate risks from complex structures.

  • Recommend FDD and investment cases for CFO approval, ensuring all due diligence issues are captured.

  • Ensure compliance with investor and banking agreements; escalate any breaches.

  • Review disclosure letters and LDD for financial/tax risks; adjust investment cases as needed.

  • Approve funds flow and pro forma completion accounts.

  • Ensure timely transfer of diligence data and completion docs into internal systems.

  • Oversee smooth handover of investment cases to Finance.

  • Review and challenge post-acquisition performance.

Your Profile

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong end-end M&A experience within a high acquisitive business, or transaction services/corporate finance
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
