Purchase Ledger, Stoke-on-Trent, Experience in Multiple Currencies Required

Your New RoleOur client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to take full ownership of the purchase ledger (inventory) and payment administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the wider finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work directly supports operational success.What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end stock purchase ledger processes
  • Strong account reconciliation skills and experience working with multiple currencies
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers and internal teams
  • A methodical, detail-focused approach with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct (preferred) and solid general IT skills
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a small, dedicated team
