This is an opportunity to develop significant client relationships and deliver on a wide range of projects.Your new roleAs this Firm's Client Manager, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with a key focus on proactively supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a significantly-sized portfolio, with a team of professional support staff to ensure you deliver a quality service. Focusing on accounts, tax and other general accountancy practice services along with project work.Key Duties: -

• Manage your own client portfolio, as well as that of your team
• Working with your team to provide a high-quality, proactive service
• Building long-standing client relationships
• Developing and supporting the trainees within your team
• Reviewing trainee prepared accounts files, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
• Basic tax planning
• Monitoring your team's workflow, communicating with your fellow team leaders, and sharing resources and knowledge where possible.
• Take on the coordination and delivery of a full service to each client

What you'll need to succeedThis Firm is looking for an experienced Client Manager with experience of professional practice who is ACA and ACCA qualified.
