The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator to join the School of Life Sciences at Keele University.
The postholder will provide specialist programme and assessment administration support across a portfolio of undergraduate programmes, contributing directly to effective teaching, learning and assessment delivery.
Working within the Business Operations team, the role involves close collaboration with academic staff, professional services colleagues, students and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy and a high-quality student experience.
You will have experience in data and systems administration, delivering excellent customer service, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word and Excel) and database use, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, flexibly and as part of a team, with a clear understanding of confidentiality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
