The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an individual with administrative experience to join the Quality Assurance team at Keele University and gain an insight into a range of areas of higher education administration.
You will be working across a variety of activities, providing administrative support for the Validation and Review Manager and wider Quality Assurance team, with a particular focus on supporting activities related to the approval and reapproval of programmes.
You will provide an effective and efficient level of support, demonstrating an ability to prioritise tasks and deal with enquiries in a professional manner.
You will possess 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including Maths and English or have equivalent relevant experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment. Experience of working in a higher education context would be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required, as are IT and administrative skills.
