The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organised team member to lead on the venue and facilities management operations at Keele in Town, Keele University's Community Hub in Newcastle under Lyme Town centre.
The successful candidate will provide a professional front-of-house presence for the Keele in Town venue, acting as the main point of contact for all building users and handling enquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels.
The post also delivers administrative and digital system support, including bookings, procurement processes, financial tasks, and maintaining accurate records, as well as facilities management. and maintaining compliance with venue related licensing requirements.
You will have experience in customer service and administration with digital skills.
