The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University's Global Student Recruitment and Admissions directorate.
The Directorate is responsible for student application and enrolment, including outreach. The post holder/successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Higher Horizons partnership, particularly to the area of data management.
The post holder will work closely with the Evaluation and Evidence Manager to input data, undertake simple reporting, respond to data requests and enquiries from delivery staff, and undertake tracking and monitoring of data subjects.
You will have ideally experience in administrative roles and have an attention to detail and good organisational skills.

This post will form part of the central administration team for the project and is based at Keele University within the Global Recruitment and Student Admissions Directorate.
The posts are all fixed term until July 2025.
The role of Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Higher Horizons partnership, particularly to the area of data management.
The post holder will work closely with the Evaluation and Evidence Manager to input data, undertake simple reporting, respond to data requests and enquiries from delivery staff, and undertake tracking and monitoring of data subjects.
The post holder will be required to manage competing workloads to support the central team in meeting targets and deadlines and provide general administrative support across the network when required.
