Worklyf currently have a fantastic opportunity to work our well known client based in the Festival Park Area as a Scheduler/Administrator on a 3 month contract!
The successful candidate will have a Administration/ Customer service background
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage Contractors
- Data entry ensuring system and software's are up to date
- Communicate with team leaders
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under continuous change of plan
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
- Inbound and outbound calls
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software's
- Ability to plan and schedule their own work to meet the team's goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and immediate follow up.
Job Role: Temp to Perm
Hours: 4 on 4 off 7am - 6:15pm / 3 month contract
Pay: 12.50ph
