ECR Logistics are working with some of the largest Dealerships in the UK, they specialise in moving vehicles between dealership locations or direct to customers across the UK. We are looking for a smart individual to work in our busy office.Responsible for arranging and setting time-bound plans when it comes to deliveries and collections as well as other logistics-related activities. The ideal candidate must be a great communicator and coordinate together with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that the plan is executed efficiently, also you will be communicating daily with logistics 3rd party companies that demand excellent time-management skills.Experience in driven non tacho transport planning would be advantageous, but not essential.This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.This role is based in our Stoke Office. Duties and Responsibilities Support the company's work to ensure that there are less or no occurrences of delivery or collection failures, working to a KPI of 100%. Monitors and oversees the order phase and fulfilment phase of the business to guarantee proper business completion. Coordinates and assists the customer service or client relationship aspect of the company to help improve the current methods and planning process of the company. Establishes and maintains essential business relationships both internally and externally. Support the planner with plans and methods as required by the senior management in accordance with the company's policies and regulations. Supporting the planner ensuring the right work is brought into the business to ensure a plan is completed daily for day 1 for day 3. Preferred experience in Route Planning, but training will be given for the right candidate.The ideal candidate would be an effective communicator who thrives working in a team environment and is keen to start building a successful career in transport and logistics with a leading plated vehicle movements company and learn from an experienced and supportive team. Skills (Essential) Knowledgeable with the geography of the UK and the workings of Google Maps.
