We're working with a well-established financial planning firm that is looking for a reliable IFA Administrator to support their Advisers and help deliver a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers across all aspects of the client journey
- Manage client communications with a professional and friendly approach
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth running of the business
- Collaborate with the wider team to enhance client experience and overall efficiency
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial services admin role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
