Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Manage a busy caseload while maintaining FCA compliance and high service standards
• Handle two to three completed mortgage cases per week with average case income of £2,000+
• Identify remortgage and protection opportunities within your client base
• Work closely with estate agency teams and introducers to maximise conversion rates
• Deliver an outstanding client experience at every stage of the mortgage process

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification) essential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lender criteria, and the application process
• Track record in both mortgage and protection sales
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions (essential for FCA checks)
