Children's sports activities for children and young people, provided by Time4Sport, siblings welcome to join in and participate while parents/carers attend education sessions (Minimum age 3 to participate in activities).

Meet the 'experts' in the field and athletes with lived experiences of managing type 1 diabetes alongside competitive sports. As well as a Q&A panel of children and young people with diabetes, a guest speaker and families.
