Since appearing here in 2023, Kazakhstan born Alim, who records for Warner Classics, has been building his career internationally as well as in the UK. This prize winner of the Leeds International Piano Competition stepped in for Simon Callaghan last February in our Classics Series and delivered a wonderful performance earning a standing ovation.
