Children can make their own 'Shadow Box Story' on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May 11am-3pm based on their favourite place, person or character, inspired by assemblage artist Steve Talbot, who is exhibiting his work at Spode Museum between the 29th April - 26th May.

Steve makes beautiful and complex pieces, contained within glass boxes. His works capture various themes, from literature and history to people and events.

Steve has also provided items, from vintage newspapers to sheriff badges collected in the process of creating his own works for children to create their own pieces of art.
