During the Etruria Canals Festival, Sat 1st / Sun 2nd June, our canalside museum will be open and 'in steam' - a chance to see a piece of local industrial heritage in action. It takes our volunteers five whole days to prepare the hand-stoked boiler for steaming! We're the home of the world's only operational steam-powered potter's mill, and our steaming weekends are not to be missed. £10 pp, under-16s free, includes visitor centre, steam room, boiler room, pan room and cafe. Secure bike racks outside the visitor centre.
