John Davidson was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at the age of 15 in 1980s Britain – a time when the condition was little known and entirely misunderstood.

I Swear tells John's story, from initial alienation from his peers and his family, and his struggles with a condition few had witnessed, to finding his life's purpose in campaigning for better understanding and acceptance of Tourette's as an adult. Davidson perseveres in his attempts to live a happy and fulfilling life against the odds, with the help of some unlikely champions along the way.
