Work continues on Stoke’s first Greggs drive-thru as signage is approved

Work is continuing on Stoke-on-Trent's first Greggs drive-thru restaurant and this week plans for new signs have been approved. 

Greggs is set to move into a new retail unit on Springfield Retail Park in Trent Vale and the new eatery will create 15 jobs. 

On Monday (9 October) plans were approved for new signage to be installed on the unit. 

The new signs include a welcome sign, six illuminated digital menu signs, two order point signs, one thank you sign, two road traffic signs and two illuminated logos.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council granted permission for the Greggs advertisements to be in place until 2028. 

An official opening date has not yet been confirmed.
