Woman arrested after man suffers 'serious' injuries in North Staffordshire

A woman has been arrested after an injured man was found in a North Staffordshire town.
Staffordshire Police was called to Thames Drive, Biddulph, at 3.50am today (Thursday 16 July) following reports of an injured man.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Officers attended the scene alongside colleagues from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
"A man was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing at this time."
A 38-year-old woman, of no fixed address, has been arrested on suspicion of wounding / inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
Police say she remains in custody for questioning.
Staffordshire Police is now appealing for anyone with doorbell, dashcam or CCTV footage of the area at the time to contact them by calling 101, quoting incident 111 of 16 July, or using Live Chat on the website.
