Cinderella by Stoke Amateur Theatre Society

Cinderella will be performed by Stoke Amateur Theatre Society between 6 and 10 December (Nub News).

Stoke Amateur Theatre Society (SATS) will be performing their 'pop-up panto' until Saturday 10 December.

The dedicated team of volunteers will work to transform the stunning King's Hall into a theatre for their performances, even bringing in a stage, tiered seating and building wings inside the venue.

A family ticket costs £45, adults cost £15 and children/students/concessions cost £12 - get your ticket here.

Festive Afternoon Tea

Tickets for the festive afternoon tea at Gladstone Pottery Museum cost £19.95 (Nub News).

Gladstone Pottery Museum will be hosting a festive afternoon tea with Santa and his little elf on Saturday 9 December.

Visitors will be able to hear a Christmas story, sing songs and enjoy a range of delicious afternoon treats.

Tickets cost £19.95 and can be booked by emailing [email protected].

Meet Santa Experience

Children will have the chance to meet Santa at Middleport Pottery all month (Middleport Pottery).

Middleport Pottery is hosting a 'Meet Santa Experience' all month at the Port Street factory.

Slots last ten minutes and children will have the opportunity to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas, have photographs taken and receive a gift.

What else is on in Stoke this weekend?

  • Winter Wonderland has returned to Hanley for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a whole range of rides and attractions for all ages.
  • Claus Cabin is now open at The Potteries Centre - children will be able to visit Father Christmas and receive a festive gift.
  • Stoke Cult Film Club will be showing Gremlins at The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery on Friday 8 December.
