Book signing with Jo Haywood

Jo will be signing copies of her new book at Stoke Indoor Market on Saturday morning (Google).

Knave is the second novel by Stoke-on-Trent based author, Jo Haywood. 

Jo will be signing copies of Knave, along with her first book, Chaste, at Norma's Books (one of the last independent booksellers in Stoke-on-Trent) inside Stoke Indoor Market on Saturday 3 June from 10am- 12pm.

Etruria Canals Festival

This free festival takes place on the site of Etruria Museum (Etruria Canals Festival).

The Etruria Canals Festival 2023 takes place on Saturday and Sunday!

Visitors can enjoy seeing historic canal boats, entertainment, street food, as well as children's games and activities. 

Thee free festival is open to the public 11-5pm each day.

Matilda Jr The Musical

Matilda Jr is being performed at The Rep, Leek New Road, until Saturday night (Matilda Jr The Musical).

Rebellion is nigh in Matilda JR., a gleefully witty ode to the the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.

Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs, Matilda JR. is a joyous girl power romp. Children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by the story of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination.
