Police have arrested two people after finding around £200,000 in cash, weapons and suspected stolen bikes in Stoke-on-Trent.

Police searched a property on Colclough Road, Meir, yesterday (28 March) and found a large sum of cash, a number of e-bikes and motorbikes which are believed to be stolen, two large Rambo knives, pepper spray and a taser device.

A man and a woman, both 29, from Stoke-on-Trent, have been arrested on suspicion of money laundering and possession of criminal property. They will be questioned about the findings in custody.
