Three-way traffic lights are set to be installed on a busy road in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent next week.

The lights will be on City Road, Fenton, between 8am on Monday 4 March and 5pm on Friday 8 March.

A National Grid spokesperson said: "Next week engineers will be working along a short section of City Road to provide a new electricity supply for a commercial customer.

"This will require the closure of a section of pavement, three-way traffic lights and the suspension of a nearby bus stop while digging and cable laying takes place on the pavement outside 118 City Road.

"We apologise for any inconvenience caused".
