Both of Stoke-on-Trent's tips will have altered opening hours this Christmas and New Year.

Here are the opening hours for Burslem Tip:

  • 23 December - CLOSED
  • Christmas Eve - CLOSED
  • Christmas Day - CLOSED
  • Boxing Day - CLOSED
  • 27 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 28 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 29 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 30 December - CLOSED
  • New Year's Eve - CLOSED
  • New Year's Day - CLOSED
  • 2 January - 9am to 4pm
  • 3 January - 9am to 4.30pm

Here are the opening hours for Hanford Tip:

  • 23 December - CLOSED
  • Christmas Eve - CLOSED
  • Christmas Day - CLOSED
  • Boxing Day - CLOSED
  • 27 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 28 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 29 December - 10am to 3pm
  • 30 December - CLOSED
  • New Year's Eve - CLOSED
  • New Year's Day - CLOSED
  • 2 January - 11.30am to 6.30pm
  • 3 January - 9am to 4.30pm

Real Christmas trees can be recycled at between Wednesday 27 December and Monday 8 January. 

Reminder: gates close 15 minutes before advertised times.
