Stoke-on-Trent Pride to return to Hanley Park this weekend

Stoke-on-Trent Pride will return to Hanley Park this weekend and see many big names take to the stage to celebrate everything LGBTQ+.

The event on Saturday 24 June is free to attend, although access to the main stage costs £5 for adults and £1 for under 18s.

Stoke's very own Miss Candy Fierce will host the event as she has been a staple on the Stoke scene for many years and has been performing at Pride since 2012. 

Candy has had an extensive career working in many venues across Stoke on Trent, Manchester and Wales, including working many charity events.

The pride parade will start at 2.15pm from the band stand.

Also performing is Kyle Finn, Vinyl Overdrive, Chic Out, Stepping Lane and Sonia. 

A range of arts activities will also be happening between 12pm and 5pm, including costume making, placards and ribbon craft.
