A Stoke-on-Trent man has been jailed for over seven years after recruiting others to store and sell class A drugs on his behalf.

Ronnie Frost, 29, from Bentilee, was sentenced to seven-years-and-one month in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Thursday 3 September.

It comes after he pleaded guilty to two charges of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug between October 2025 and June this year.

Frost was arrested in June following an investigation into him and his operation by the Staffordshire Police major and organised crime proactive team

The arrest came after officers executed warrants at three homes in the Bentilee area.

Staffordshire Police said the searches revealed cocaine and MDMA, around £25,000 in cash, gold, jewellery and mobile phones.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "As part of Operation Target, officers continue to work proactively and relentlessly to crack down on groups and individuals responsible for high-harm crimes, including county lines drug distribution, illegal firearms activity, modern slavery, and cyber-crime in our county."
