A community-focused Stoke business is offering unique gift ideas for loved ones this Christmas with a new range of engraved glassware.
Wilshaws has stemless prosecco glasses, plain glasses and beautiful tankards which can be engraved at the shop on Kingsway in Stoke.
Alternatively, owner Steve Wilshaw is a talented shoe repairer and has worked in the industry for over 40 years, so if your loved ones shoes are in need of a little TLC, Steve can carry out work which his wife, Janet, described as "transformational".
Steve and Janet Wilshaw have nearly 80 years of experience between them and their completely independent shoe repairers, trophy centre, engravers and locksmith opened last month.
At the shop opening, Janet told Stoke Nub News: ""We worked in a family shop for 44 and 33 years but we eventually decided it was time to open our own business.
"We think we're the first truly independent shoe repairer to open in Stoke-on-Trent in the last 40 to 50 years.
"Our shops are more of a community - we want to get to know our customers, we want them to come in for a chat, that's what we're aiming for."
Wilshaws is now open 9am-5pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 9.30am-3.30pm on a Saturday.
