Stoke-on-Clay Festival
A popular ceramics festival, Stoke on Clay, will return this weekend with more events and exhibitors than ever before.
The independent, voluntary-run festival runs from 7 September until 19 October at venues in Stoke, Burslem and Newcastle-under-Lyme, including landmark new venues.
There will also be six factory tours on offer during the six-week event and 68 exhibitors.
Dougie Mac Bike Ride
A charity bike ride in aid of local charity, Dougie Mac, begins on 8 September at 7.30am, from Michelin Athletic Club on Rosetree Avenue.
There are two routes to choose from, including an epic 108 mile return route to Llangollen.
Funds raised will help Dougie Mac provide all hospice services free of charge to over 3,500 local people with life-limiting illnesses each year in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and surrounding villages.
Lord of the Dance - A Lifetime of Standing Ovations
After celebrating the 25th anniversary in 2022, Lord of the Dance is back with a dazzling revival of this iconic dance extravaganza.
The 2024 tour promises to be an extraordinary journey that will captivate audiences again with this record-breaking show.
The show is being performed at Regent Theatre, Hanley, all weekend (6-8 September).
