A new Subway restaurant is set to open in Stoke-on-Trent.

Subway has announced that new branch will be opening on Ford Green Road, Norton at 7am on Friday (17 April).

Subway Franchisee, Yasir said: "We're thrilled to open our doors to the Ford Green Road community.

"People are at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to sharing our delicious menu with guests while creating new job opportunities that benefit the local area."

To mark the opening there will be a 'grand opening celebration' on Friday 1 May offering 'exclusive introductory deals'.

The event will take place from 10am to 6pm and includes deals such as a free six-inch sub with a purchased bottled drink.

Guests will be able to dine-in, take away and order ahead via the Subway app.
