New PureGym set to open in Stoke-on-Trent to replace another location in the city

A new PureGym will be opening in Stoke-on-Trent to replace another location in the city.
PureGym has announced that a new gym will be opening at Varley Retail Park, Edensor Road in Longton on 12 June.
The opening will follow the closure of PureGym Stoke-on-Trent East - located at Ravensdale Retail Park, Victoria Road - on 8 June.
A PureGym spokesperson said: "We will be relocating members of PureGym Stoke-on-Trent East to a new and improved site in June 2026.
"The new gym, PureGym Stoke Longton, will give members access to high-quality equipment, a wide range of classes and upgraded spaces, including a new functional training area and a new Shape zone.
"Memberships will be automatically transferred on Monday 8 June and as a token of our appreciation, existing PureGym Stoke-on-Trent East members will be offered an exclusive discount on memberships at the new location.
"We look forward to welcoming existing and new members to our upgraded PureGym Stoke Longton gym and to supporting them on their fitness journeys."
The 'Shape zone' is a beginner-friendly strength zone featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines and benche
PureGym Stoke Longton will also offer free parking for members (subject to availability).
The gym will officially open at 12pm on 12 June 2026 at Varley Retail Park, Edensor Road, Stoke‑on‑Trent.
