Man charged following five-vehicle collision in Stoke-on-Trent

A man has been charged following a five-vehicle collision in Stoke-on-Trent yesterday (5 June).

James Hurst, 26, has been charged with driving a vehicle without a licence, driving without insurance, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without due care and attention. 

This comes after police went to Baddeley Green Lane, Baddeley Green, just after 1am yesterday (Wednesday 5 June) following a collision involving five cars. 

Police were called to Baddeley Green Lane just after 1am yesterday (Google).

A blue MG and four parked cars, a black Renault Clio, a black Citroen, a green Skoda and a red Ford KA were involved. 

Hurst is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Thursday 6 June).
