Local man charged after wraps of heroin found in Hanley

A local man has been charged after Staffordshire Police found wraps of heroin in Stoke-on-Trent. 

Dean Eastlake, 33, from Stoke-on-Trent, is due to appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 2 October charged with possession with intent to supply heroin.

It comes after police searched a man in Hanley on 25 August and found the drugs.

This continues the force's major crackdown on serious and organised crime in the area.
