A well-known second-hand goods store closed down for good last week after 13 years of business.

Shutters came down at Cash Converters on Stafford Street, Hanley, and a sign was placed outside which reads, "The shop has closed down.

"Thank you for your business over the last 13 years. If you have a buyback or laybuy to collect call 07957501822.

"Goodbye and thank you all. Love Sue xxx."
