Garden of Remembrance in Stoke-on-Trent put up for sale
A beautiful Garden of Remembrance in Stoke-on-Trent has been put up for sale for just under £1 million.
The Garden of Remembrance in Longton has been operating for approximately 25 years and offers burial and interment of ashes.
A listing by Pepperdine & Freckingham says "less than 50% of the site is currently laid out as burial ground and there is a considerable potential to increase capacity within the site.
"The reception, office and car park are at the entrance to the site and all access to the cemetery is controlled. Planning consent was obtained in 2015 to construct a new extension to be able to offer committal services and additional facilities but the planning was never action and will need to be renewed."
The online listing also says the Garden of Remembrance has regular income from existing family clients, additional income from grave surrounds and interment sites and an annual turnover of £300,000.
The Garden of Remembrance is on the market for offers in the region of £995k - find out more here.
