Four men in court following morning raids in North Staffordshire

Four men are in court today charged with drug offences after Staffordshire Police raided homes in North Staffordshire on Wednesday morning (21 May).

Ryan Porter, 28, Benjamin Stanfield, 25, and Joshua Stanfield, 22, all from Kidsgrove and Shea Rafferty, 23, from Norton have all been charged and appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today.

Raids were carried out on four different addresses on Wednesday morning in Kidsgrove, Milton and Norton where drugs, mobile phones, "a weapon", and cash were seized. 

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Ryan Porter, 28, Benjamin Stanfield, 25, and Joshua Stanfield, 22, all from Kidsgrove, have been charged with conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (heroin), conspiring to supply a class B controlled drug (other), conspiring to bring / throw / convey a List ' A ' prohibited article into / out of a prison, conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (cocaine), and conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (crack cocaine).          

"Shea Rafferty, 23, from Norton, has been charged with conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (heroin), conspiring to supply a class B controlled drug (other), conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (cocaine) and conspiring to supply a class A controlled drug (crack cocaine)."
