Festive season is fast-approaching and Christmas certainly wouldn't be Christmas without a visit to see Santa himself.

Here are five places you can visit Santa in Stoke-on-Trent this year:

The Potteries Centre

Claus Cabin will be at The Potteries Centre, Hanley, from 16 November right up to Christmas Eve.

Children will have the opportunity to go through their Christmas lists and receive a present from Santa.

Tickets cost just £6 per child, with £1 from each booking going to support Horton Lodge Community School - a primary age special school for children with physical disabilities and additional learning needs.

Middleport Pottery

Middleport Pottery is hosting a 'Meet Santa Experience' between 25 November and 17 December.

Parents can book either a one-child or two-child slot (lasting ten minutes each), for children to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas and have photographs taken and receive a gift.

Loveclay, Valentine's Way

Santa will be making a guest appearance at Loveclay's Christmas Twilight Market on Saturday 25 November between 3pm and 8pm.

The event is completely free and there will also be an indoor market, live bands, refreshments available and a huge Christmas light switch on.

World of Wedgwood

Between 26 November and 24 December, Santa will be stopping to read a Christmas story in his magical grotto at World of Wedgwood.
