Driver taken to hospital after car collides with building in Blythe Bridge

A driver was taken to hospital after a car collided with a building on a busy road in Blythe Bridge last week.

A two-vehicle collision happened on Uttoxeter Road, Blythe Bridge, at around 7pm on Friday 19 July.

Staffordshire Police confirmed the collision involved a Renault Captur and a Toyota Avensis.

A spokesperson for the force said: "The Renault then collided with a building on Stallington Road and the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution."
