Delays on M6 after two crashes in one day

There have been two separate crashes this morning (image via Nub News)

Lanes three and four (of four) between J13 and J14 in Stafford closed this morning as the result of a multi vehicle crash and a broken down HGV.

The incident happened near the exit of J14 where a separate crash has led to the closure of J14 to J15 (North).

All lanes between J13 and J14 have now reopened and the HGV has been recovered.

There are current delays of 180 minutes and seven miles of congestion.

Three lanes (of four) remain closed further ahead on J14 to J15 (North).
