The grotto is located on level 3, outside River Island and costs £3.00 per child.

The Potteries Centre has said that £1 from every child's visit will be donated to Dougie Mac Hospice which is the largest per-child grotto donation in the Centre's history.

Each visit includes a photo opportunity with Santa, a Christmas goodie bag and a sticker.
