A fine-dining restaurant in Stone, which has been recognised in the Michelin guide, has announced that it will be rebranding and offering an exciting new menu.

Little Seeds, which will now be named Little Seeds by Jake Lowndes, will be solely offering a tasting menu from 14 May.

Owners Jake and Sophie Lowndes announced that they will be dropping the a la carte menu to allow them to "hone in on a more luxury guest experience".

Sophie said: "We are focusing just on our tasting menu to create a quality and luxury experience.

"It will allow us to dive into our foraging and growing unusual herbs that we will blend with the best produce we can get in the country.

"That is still the core ethos of our food."

Chef Patron, Jake Lowndes, will be creating four completely different seasonal menus every year.

The first will be the spring menu which will begin when the restaurant reopens on 14 May until 11 July.

The interior of the restaurant will also receive a makeover with seating reduced to make space for a new lounge area where guests will be able to have a drink before their meal.

This means that the seating will be reduced to 16, emphasising the "exclusivity" of the experience.

Sophie added: "The new lounge and the limited seating will create a quality experience for guests."

Reservations for the spring menu will open tomorrow (Thursday 16 April) and can be made on the Little Seeds by Jake Lowndes website here
