A car dealership with branches in Stoke-on-Trent has picked up a prestigious award at the 2023 Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards.
Swansway Motor Group was awarded the title of Used Car Dealership Group of the Year at this year's ceremony.
Thousands of automotive businesses, plus MOT testing stations and workshops, enter the awards each year - and each one undergoes a rigorous judging process and mystery shopping set before the gongs are handed out at a glittering ceremony in London.
In the hotly contested 'Dealership Group of the Year' category, assessors were not only looking for consistently high scores in online reviews, they also wanted to experience excellent customer service when visiting a dealership in person. Swansway delivered in fine style.
James Baggott, editor-in-chief of Car Dealer Magazine, said: ''Running a successful car dealership group is a tough job, with multiple plates to keep spinning.
