This October, Swansway Motor Group is joining forces with TyreSafe for Tyre Safety Month 2025. This year's campaign, 'Under Pressure', is built on new research into how stress and life pressures affect vehicle maintenance habits.

The findings show that while people juggle competing demands, tyre checks are often pushed aside, increasing risks for drivers, passengers, and other road users.

 With the cost of living still weighing heavily on households, many drivers are skipping essential maintenance checks to save time or money. But neglecting tyres can have serious consequences.

According to TyreSafe, nearly 1 in 4 tyres on UK roads are already below the legal tread depth, putting drivers, passengers, and other road users at risk.
