We are seeking a Material Planner on an initial temporary basis of 6-9 months to support our production and supply chain operations. This role is critical in maintaining production schedules, managing procurement, and ensuring material availability to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage production/manufacturing schedules and procurement of third-party materials and services via the MRP system.

  • Control and maintain inventory levels for materials, consumables, and purchased or in-house SKUs.

  • Generate manufacturing/work orders, and warehouse pick-lists, to ensure timely builds.

  • Liaise with procurement and manufacturing teams to expedite supply and communicate shortages or risks.

  • Ensure all MRP transactions are completed accurately and in real-time.

  • Report issues and coordinate recovery actions with line management.

  • Maintain BOM data, identify sourcing, and support engineering change management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain coordination.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (ideally Navision).
