Our client is currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver to join their busy warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing, full-time work within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the warehouse team with a variety of day-to-day duties.Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts.
- Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
- Move stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
- Put stock away in designated locations.
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct basic stock checks and inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Support with general warehouse duties as required.
- Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences.
- Previous experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks.
- Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and health & safety requirements.
- Strong work ethic with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- £13.50 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- 8:00am - 5:00pm shift pattern.
