The Opportunity

This post represents an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development Team.

Organisational Development play a crucial role in supporting the University's strategic vision by building a sustainable, high-performance organisation where all Keele colleagues feel engaged and are able to contribute effectively. The Organisational Development Team work with the wider HR team to develop integrated solutions that deliver the People strategy. They work in partnership with Faculty, School and Directorate leadership teams, provide expert advice and guidance on all OD matters. They lead and grow the development of innovative approaches to organisation development and colleague engagement that underpin our strategic ambitions. The role of Organisational Development Practitioner is pivotal in delivering projects that enhance our infrastructure, supporting professional services and academic transformation, career development, and the performance of our people.

The successful candidate will possess the technical competence to deliver frameworks for Professional Service and Academic career pathways, develop sustainable needs analysis, facilitate co-creation events, and produce high-quality, credible outputs.
