Caf Supervisor (Parttime) My client is a community caf based in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for a talented passionate individual to join their team as their Caf supervisor. You will be part of a team that ensures the Caf provides good quality food on a daily basis consistently meeting customer requirements. The duties and responsibilities of the Caf Supervisor will be

• Support and deputise for the manager
• Ensuring that the caf is adequately staffed by effective rota management
• Key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the caf
• Operating the till including cash handling and card payments
• Maintaining and monitoring inventories
• Front of house duties
• Ensure that high standards are maintained in health and safety, food hygiene and preparation, and dealing with customer feedback appropriately.

The ideal Caf Supervisor will:

• Have experience in a front of house supervisory role
• Have experience working in a caf setting
• Have good leadership skills
• Be organised, hardworking and have a real passion for hospitality
