As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. • Complete assessments for Service users.
• Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
• Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
• Deliver One to One intervention
• Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Use
• Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
