Aspire People is currently seeking dedicated, personable, and resilient One-to-One Teaching Assistants to work with one of our client specialist through schools in Stoke. This school caters to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing a supportive environment where students can thrive.About the Role:As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to support their academic and social development. You will help manage challenging behaviours, promote positive behaviour, and provide tailored guidance to assist their growth on a social, emotional, and mental level.Key Responsibilities: Support individual pupils in their learning and development Manage challenging behaviours and promote positive behavioural changes Provide support for social, emotional, and mental development Adapt to the changing needs of pupils and school requirements Help pupils achieve their potential in a supportive and structured environmentIdeal Candidate: Personable, adaptable, and resilient Strong behaviour management skills Committed to fostering a safe and encouraging learning environment Capable of building positive relationships with pupils and staffThis is a full-time role with an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
